ROKU Salon Cancellation Policy as of April 2022
Unfortunately due to a rise in last minute cancellations and no-shows we have had to update our appointment deposits and cancellation policy.
Online deposits of 40% are taken via website, and will be held on customer account to be redeemed on any services carried out.
In Salon Booking
In salon deposits will be taken on the salon card machine. All clients must pay £20 per hour of appointment booking.
Over the phone bookings will be taken as a phone sale on the salon card machine. All clients must pay £20 per hour of appointment booking.
Over 48 hours notice – No late cancellation charge
Under 48 hours notice – 50% of booking will be charged but redeemable off your next booking
On the day or No-show – 100% of the booking will be charged to the client
If an appointment is cancelled before 48 hours period, the deposit can be refunded by a senior member of staff, or held for future services.
If the client cancels within 48 hours, deposit will be kept but can be redeemed off any future service.
If client cancels on the day the deposit may be kept as a cancelation fee.
If client does not show up to the appointment the deposit will be kept as a no-show fee.
